First, open Firefox and click Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks.
The Library should now be opened. Now click Import > Backup > Export HTML.
Find or create a new folder to store the exported HTML file. If you choose to create a new folder, name it whatever you want. Just make sure you remember what the folder contains and what's it for.
So now we are finished dealing with the Firefox.

The Import / Export Wizard window

Open Internet Explorer. Go to File > Import > Export. This opens the Import/Export Wizard. Click "Next" (highlighted by default).

Import / Export Selection window
The Import/Export Selection window will pop-up. In that, the "Next" button is highlighted by default, click on that.

Import Favorites Source window
Click to mark "Import from a File or Address". Browse to the file created in Firefox when you saved the bookmarks. Click "Next".

Once You find the bookmarks folder, create a new folder and name it, or select an existing folder to save the Firefox bookmarks in. Click "Next".
